Chairman

Brenlen has multi-decade experience in private equity secondaries. He serves as Chairman of TPE and is a Partner at PJT Park Hill. Previously, he was a Senior Advisor and Global Co-Head of Jefferies' Private Capital Advisory group, Head of European Capital Advisory at Greenhill, and a Partner and Executive Committee Member at Cogent Partners, where he also served as Managing Partner of its European business.

Non-Executive Director

Rafay is the Founder and CEO of SUBSCRIBE (formerly SAF Platform), a digital infrastructure platform for private market investments. He previously co-founded the alternative investment platform CAIS, serving as its President, and held senior institutional equities and sales-trading roles at UBS Investment Bank and Goldman Sachs. He holds a bachelor's degree and an MBA from Columbia University.

Chief Executive Officer

Fred has 20 years' experience in financial services, spanning public and private markets. At Invesco, he managed direct venture and private equity investments alongside large public equity holdings, and also worked at Jupiter Asset Management. His background covers public and private equity as well as equity capital markets, bringing institutional discipline to private market access.

Chief Operating Officer

Rita Leads financial strategy, investor operations, and governance. Oversees structuring, compliance, and regulatory reporting. Rita joined TPE after more than ten years in private equity and M&A. She previously worked at Greenhill and Blackstone, advising and investing in over $8 billion of secondary transactions across buyout, venture, and real estate strategies.

Senior Advisor to the Board

Winson is a Senior Advisor to the Board of TPE. He is also a Senior Advisor to Fidelity International, and was most recently CIO at Moonfare, prior to which he was Head of the Private Markets Investment Team at UBS Wealth Management. With over 25 years in private equity and investment banking, including 12 years with the Private Equity Group of the Singaporean sovereign wealth fund, GIC, Winson has managed significant commitments to a large number of private equity funds and direct co-investments. His coverage has included a wide range of growth, mid-market and large buyout funds as well as funds in mezzanine, credit, infrastructure and venture capital. Winson has served as an advisory board member for over 20 private equity funds. He has an MBA from INSEAD (France) and graduated with a medical degree from the University of London. He was born in Hong Kong, grew up in Malaysia and speaks English, Cantonese and Mandarin, with conversational French.
